from Duggan on The Athletic.
My favorite of his points was from Halpino talking about Dexter Lawrence.
“The thing about him is he can do so many things in the pass game off of his power and just how big he is,” Halapio said. “He’s not even trying to bull rush, but he’s just so big he’s working his moves off of that. So he can do spins – he has quick feet, he has quickness. I’ve got my hands full with him, especially when he’s at nose and we’re trying to run the ball. He’s a big dude.” |

If you can swing it financially, its worth it to subscribe. I get MOST of my Giants info here, but Duggan is really good, and I actually like checking in on some of the other teams (coverage is divided by league/city/team) to see what is happening in their camps. Not to mention all the MLB, NHL and CFB coverage. They are always running subscription specials-got one for a buddy of mine for his birthday and he absolutely loves it-so keep an eye out.
I think pasting more than that one point would get me banned.
The Athletic offers free trial subscriptions.
a lot of people recommend it, just having a hard time justifying the extra expense (i'd rather get Netflix or something)...
Jones said the biggest challenge of adjusting to the NFL has been reading the defense, which has presented looks he never saw in college. That honest answer explains why Jones’ biggest struggle has been indecisiveness. There have been times when he doesn’t quite seem to know where he wants to go with the ball. The reason for that is he doesn’t always know at this point. That will be something to monitor as he faces live pass rushes in the preseason.
Hopefully that's not too much from behind a pay wall.
And I agree, Duggan is good, he also replies to you pretty often.
