My first thought as well lol. He was convinced Duke would be a star.
Not only that, but he was certain Johnson would be much better than Melvin Gordon in particular, and was doing a lot of back-patting when Gordon struggled his rookie year.
Johnson's not an every down workhorse, but he's a valuable player and a very good receiving RB. Put him with a good OC and his #s would be even better. Despite what many believe, it's not easy to get a RB with even his limited ability in the 4th round.
was also that Miami Hurricanes fan. Wasn't his handle something like - miamihurricansfan or something like that. He gave Canes fans a bad name.
Yeah he was a huge Miami fan and his handle was something like that. He stopped posting when it became clear nobody took him seriously because he was so over the top wrong about almost everything.
His name is Barkley
He is a Duke Johnson and a Zeke Elliot in one.

He's referring to the Duke-Johnson obsessed poster.

I meant a former BBI poster that was convinced not drafting Duke Johnson was going to forever haunt us.
Gone to Texas...like Davy Crockett.
-the Duke Johnson obsessed BBI poster-
...maybe because there were a few BBIers who wanted him in Draft way back when, I dunno.
But, whatever.
Fact is he is a very fine multi-purpose running back who was very productive for a team that was as fucked up offensively as much as the Giants.

Why is that unlikely? I think it’s very likely they’ll keep both. Rod Smith is the one getting launched.

maybe the Giants can get a 6th for Gallman or a 7th for Perkins, since it's unlikely they keep both. Ryan Grant to the Packers redux.
