I'm at work, but in watching previous clips of him...he should also do some commentating for the WWE.

He is always entertains, fair, and informative, such a contrast to all the agenda driven schmucks that infest the Giants and NFL media
Baldy needs to wipe his chin after that...

Nevertheless, nice slow action to show how accurate Jones' passes really were. Also liked the use of the whole field and different targets.

btw - the oline did nice job on all those plays...
Loved his commentary

Good breakdowns....way to many people are results orientated

when looking at young QB's. I'm much more interested in seeing how they are playing if that makes any sense. Eli came in the league at a different time and played murderers row in his first season, but to me you could clearly see he had it when everyone was screaming bust. Just needed to speed up his decision making process.
ha!

Paraphrasing: "What's this? A Giants run a route on third down that actually goes beyond the first down marker???"
damn

like Cosell said, he really does turn his head quickly after the play action fake to see what's going on downfield. I remember Steve Young once saying in an interview that that skill was an underrated complexity... processing what transpired on the field while you had your back turned during the play action fake.
This...

Did you notice Eli not doing this on his first play as one of the TEs had a free release? As a result he was late recognizing it and had to throw the 3 yard dump off.

But it’s preseason...
I didn't notice that specifically
santacruzom : 8/9/2019 7:54 pm : link
Because to me, almost everything Eli does these days just looks a little slow.
Third and seven, and the Giants run a route...

deep enough for a first down!

Lol
