so it makes sense. Wonder how they will phase in Panik, I'd imagine he will be the starter. I'd love to see Guillorme get a few starts in a row while Panik gets acclimated but I don't expect that. My guess is that if they don't have a producing 2B by the time Nimmo comes back McNeil will just move there full time.
RE: kind of surprised Hech got the DFA but he and Guillorme are the same Â

be, but it wipes out some small narratives about players and not wanting to play in Queens.

Brad Brach and Joe Panik both turned down multiple other offers to sign with the #Mets. They both said they simply couldn’t pass up on the chance to come here.
That says something.
i've abruptly gone from not caring about Panik to all in Â
But at the moment, Guillorme and Hech are basically the same player. I don't see the attraction to Panik, another good field/no hit middle infielder, but at least he is a better fielder at 2nd base. That should help both Alonso and Rosario.
I still would rather see McNeill in the infield and a real centerfielder in the outfield, but that will probably have to wait until 2020.
It's also nice to add his presence having won a championship before. Not bad to have around as this group starts a playoff push.
Is the Brad Brach move official as well? What is the availability of both of these guys this weekend?

Hopefully won’t backfire
Tomorrow, if on roster. Ouch
This one all about the benjamins
