You might check out the Weiner Circle for a late night hotdog. It’s a fun place where they yell insults at you. Might be fun for a teen and it’s a bit of an institution. But maybe more of a college kid destination as well.
If you go to the Sears Tower (is it the Hancock now?), I can only tell you my colleagues wanted to go so we waited like two hours to get to the top. So, express pass, or just pass.
We also took a downtown walking tour that was really fun. Millennium Park is fun and we had a tour guide of that place too.
Anyway, had a lot of fun but it was a professional conference so not exactly a family with teen weekend.
Head down to Navy Pier
Go over to the Museum campus and check out the Aquarium, the planetarium and the Natural History museum
Walk back through Grant Park to Millenium Park take a pic at the Bean.
Head north up Michigan Ave. for some Magnificent mile shopping
Millennium park

LMFAO! Seriously, OP. Proofread your shit, lol.
And Navy Pier as the have a few cool rides and souvenir shopping. (The alternative is the Maginificent Mile for shopping which is more 5th Avenue)
Those are the 3 things a 16 yr old will most like and want to do.
