So in my quest to convert my girlfriend to a Giants fan from an Eagles fan, I'm taking her and her friend to tomorrow's open practice at MetLife. Since we're coming from PA I need a few restaurant suggestions for a sit down lunch. The only restrictions are no fast food, no Mexican and no Tic Tock Diner.
Otherwise thanks in advance

Get a couple of rippers, a dipped cheeseburger, and an order of cheese fries. You may need to schedule a stress echo with your cardiologist afterwards, but it's delicious nonetheless.
+1 Classic place.

Ive only gotten the ripper and some kind of fries before. What is the dipped cheeseburger you speak of?
Best diner in the area is Park West Diner on Route 46 about ten minutes west of the stadium. Those who suggest that
Tick Tock has seen better days are correct.

It's just their standard issue greasy-spoon-style cheeseburger that they run through gravy (bun and all) before serving. Might sound gross but it's delicious.

Steve's is excellent, a throwback to the days of Taylor, Carson and Banks.
