Agreed with this order. I forgot the exact stat, but a lot of Mack's stats came in garbage time (i.e. when the Colts were up by a lot) so that worries me.
Godwin over Golloday I think in a PPR format. Seems like they're really high on him, and Tampa will be among the league leaders in pass attempts this year. Humphries + Jackson are gone as well.

Good point. I never lock in on coming away with my X after the first 2 rounds but I like to prepare for taking advantage of a player that drops to me even if it keeps me from a balanced first few rounds.
I’ll gladly go WR WR if the value is there. So many RBs, probably 9 or so will be off the board in the first round of most 12 team leagues - after those guys are gone very little separates that next couple of tiers.

had 1400 total yards and 10 TDs in what was a putrid year. Outside of an injury here’s almost no way he doesn’t improve on those numbers. In a PPR that averages out to 15 points per game floor. I realize that isn’t ideal but it’s solid.
Looking at last year’s stats D. Adams was super consistent. However, some young receivers may take some targets away. I’m leaning Hopkins at this point, but I have almost exclusively drafted a RB in the first round every year.
in a PPR anyway so that’s probably a moot point for me. Doing so will also alleviate any of the hard decisions on the holdout RBs - someone will pick them before you make your 2nd round selection.

I’m definitely going WR/WR. I’m avoiding Bell and hoping Elliott is taken before my pick. I’ve been getting Thomas and either JuJu/Julio at 14.

14 feels late for Julio. I'm in the midst of a Kentucky Derby-style draft spot selection right now. 14 team 0.5 PPR. I have 7th choice of spot. First 3 guys have taken 1,2,3. From the outset, I've had #7 soft-circled in my head. And will take whoever is left of Hopkins, Adams, Julio, Thomas in that order. Hope for Gurley in the second, and if he's not there, probably Kerryon.
It's tempting to choose a later spot -- at ~12, could be looking at something like Chubb + Mike Evans which would be an awesome start.

Fair point. Some leagues have adjusted and tweaked the rules to reflect this thinking but many have not.

This is an opinion. There's also a view that if WR A had 1 catch for 50 yards, and WR B had 5 catches for 50 yards, WR B may have had a much more significant impact on the game by converting 3 first downs to keep drives going.
There's not really a right and wrong, hence why across the industry there is still such diversity in practice of actual league settings. Personally, I find 0.5 PPR to strike the perfect balance.
PPR in a deep team format. I play in a league w/ 14 teams, if there was no PPR the already thin pool of RBs would be even thinner. It helps balance things out as you may have to rely on one of those 3rd down receiver backs as your #2 and in some cases #1. It’s challenging to build your roster for sure when their are that many teams.
Cheat sheet? I remember using one from Beer Sheets but haven’t seen any of his stuff posted yet. Worked great last year as a visual check off during the live draft.

I wont. He is going to sit out at least until the last min. Which makes him out till week 10. HARD PASS.

Mack has that potential but he hasn't been very durable. I'm a little concerned about overdrafting him for that reason.
