To exert their will on backups. Which means Eli moves the ball for a score and the defense keeps them out of the end zone. Let’s do this the right way.

two preseason games. The coaches think the preseason is a waste of time and just like going for it on 4th, finally coaches are coming around.

True true...but what I love too is seeing our guys get their assignments right. No plays blown up bc somebody whiffed on his read or something like that.

isn't Engram playing? I know why Saquon isn't playing, no sense in having him play in these games, we already know how good he is.

But Engram needs reps. He's talented, but he hasn't played anywhere near well enough to this point where he doesn't need the preseason reps.

Eli should play another drive or 2 IMO. Live action against another team is good practice for him. He’s going to be the starter week 1.
