he lived in the Chicago backfield and disrupted multiple plays even if he didn't finish them off. Don't want to jinx him but his quickness diagnosing and attacking looks like Sean Lee.
For a CB, not having his name called a lot is not a bad thing. Connelly's play diagnosis skills were uncanny, but when nobody else is protecting him he can't take on an entire OL by himself.

Yeah, Carl Banks pointed out on a play where Connelly shot the gap, and forced the running back to the outside where Carter lost outside contain. That was extremely impressive how quickly he got upfield.

Ballentine seemed to be his usual self, crazy glue sticking to the WR pocket.
And only allowed one catch, he was on his guy like glue most of the game.
Connelly played well, and should have had a big tackle for loss on the first drive if Carter maintained the edge.
Conrad had a bad drop, but blocked well and was a big part of one of the touchdown runs. We actually have some tough decisions to make at the TE position this year.
I think Conrad is a keeper.
Still don't see what the coaching staff sees in Simonson at TE

Probably just used to the perfectly thrown and placed dimes from DJ8 dropping into his hands.
