NFT: FF 8/20

I am also picking 2nd. I have done mocks on CBS and the names around the 2nd/3rd pick are Fournette, AB, Evans, Allen, Thielen, Aaron Jones. I don't really like my teams when I go WR/WR at 2/3. There are only a couple of RBs I like at the end of round 4 but sometimes they aren't even making it to me and they are guys like Montgomery and Coleman hence why I put Aaron Jones with the other guys. Allen is lower on the list for me at the back of round 2. I would put Thielen above all with AB being the wildcard.

Not a fan of Kerryon on Detroit.

Kittle is really good but I hate the way my teams look taking a TE early.

Stay away, far away imo.

2nd Round TE's scare me. You might be able to get Kittle/Ertz in the 3rd and you always can look to an Engram/Howard/Henry in the 4th+ rounds.

if not, he will be, I like him as a player he's great, more so in PPR like yours but I'd only draft him if he represented value. IOW significantly after his ADP.

based on their ranks 23rd & below are Kerryon, Fournette, Freeman, Gordon(nope), then Cooper, Hilton, Kittle, Ertz. The Vikings WRs and Aaron Jones are down the ranks a little after that. All these backs & WRs have warts. It's a dicey spot.

I took Allen/AB in the same situation in one of my drafts picking #1 overall, but it was a keeper league and I already had Kamara kept. There were a few keepers that would have gone in the 1st 2 rds like Kamara/Ju Ju/James Connor Thielen was kept as well. I'm perfectly fine grabbing AB in the 3rd rd. Frankly once he starts catching TD passes nobody is gonna remember this camp/helmet BS. I agree Allen is a risk, but with 2 elite RBs already in the fold and with all the other good WR including Kelce and Hilton off the board we went with him.
