I went for a jog down along the waterfront facing the Coronado Hotel and I literally had to avoid the homeless who were sleeping on the sidewalk.
Last time I was in Seattle, the open grassy area at the end of the Pike Place Market was completely filled with homeless.
It is worse than I have ever seen it before.
Can't imagine having belongings constantly damp is a draw.
