Sweeping this team would huuuuge. Cavalry is on the way. Nimmo, McNeil, and Lowrie on the horizon and great news from Cano as well as he is expected to be running today on top of batting practice. LFGM!
Oh man. If familia maintains this and Diaz returns to last year’s form, the bullpen is more than enough to back up this staff. If we can get to the wild card game and win it then I think we are the annual “team that no one wants to face” in the post-season.
Atl: Foltynewicz, Fried, Keuchel v JDG, Wheeler, Matz
Chi: Darvish, Hendricks, Lester v Stro, Thor, JDG
Phi: Nola, Eflin, Vargas v Wheeler, Matz, Stro
Was: Only lists Thor v Corbin, that means the back end of their rotation w/ JDG, Wheeler up...

After the Mets officially won, Sydergaard responded directly to the Indians’ pregame tweet.
“We got some FRINGE for you right here, we call it a SWEEP in NYC. #LFGM,” he wrote.

Its no wonder the good teams have such lopsided win-loss records.
I think the Yankees are going to struggle in the postseason. Not showing well against the Indians/As over the last week.
They split with the Indians. They have hitting, a great bullpen, and J.A. Happ won’t make their postseason roster. Let’s worry about the Mets actually getting in.
Great to hear Stroman is ready to go but I’d rather give him the extra time and take advantage of the offday and have him go next Saturday in Philly which is a huge game anyway
Starting pitching is all that matters in the postseason. But thanks for the update.
As dumb a comment as it gets.
