What do they have to lose at this point by playing Rosen?
If I'm Rosen I ask to be traded to a team with a QB close to the end of his career without a clear successor. New England, Pittsburgh, Chargers, possibly Tampa if they decide Jameis isn't the guy or Tennessee if Mariota isn't the guy
