Get rid of BVW, get rid of Mickey, fix Diaz - they have to, QO to Wheeler, add bullpen pieces and roll it out again next year.

the sad things is the past two years pretty much the Mets starting pitching has been pretty healthy.

It was the slider for most of the year. He seems to have found it recently and I think because of it he’s looked better, but the results still aren’t there. Obviously, he’s still given up a few big homers lately either way.

4th place sounds bad but we play in the toughest division in the sport and we are still right there with most of them.

Not saying you're wrong but the franchise isn't in some dire straights and their biggest trade was for a 24 year old talented arm under control for years. This team is very young and its not going away.

Peterson will probably be "backend depth" next year at some point ala Kay. We need to re-sign Wheeler though or find a ML replacement.
