NYG fans give him credit for, but I'd be happy to see them buying at a high price after that gaudy stat line yesterday. The picture changes for every team when their QB ceases to be a bargain.
He is developing into a better than average QB. Need to see how he plays against top tier teams. Dallas has built a tremendous supporting cast for him. He is also in his 4th year. Jones will start with a team that has much less talent so he will have to be able to lift the offense. Dak has not been asked to do that yet. He has had the luxury to be spoon fed the playbook because of Elliott and the OL.

Against our Giants?
5-2 record. 14 touchdowns to 2 interceptions.
Yay! He sucks.
Dak is decent enough....but the real star in dallas is the OL....
we have found the answer to stop them running over us....
We need to figure out how to disturb the passing attack....but when we do.
Dak will not be the same player when he less comfortable in the pocket
Yeah. 5-2 against us. 33-16 overall. He's far from a scrub anymore. And has been in the playoffs 2 out of his first 3 years.
They have to sign him but I am not sure this guy will ever be a big playoff game type. Same with Jason Garrett as a Head Coach.

Wow!
So the excuses were for Eli his play was bad because he had no line or weapons, but Dak isn’t good because he has those things.
Makes sense.

How he looked in a Cole Beasley led passing attack.

I don't believe people are saying he isn't good. They are saying he isn't top 3 or top 5 good.
If Eli were the Dallas QB yesterday, would the result for them have been much different?

The Dallas offense wouldn’t have looked as good
I just hope the Cowboys tie up a ton of money as they have for the future
Not with that noodle arm of yours. You'd have a hard time getting it back to the LOS.
NFL starting quarterbacks that have put up his stat line are going to be paid 30+ million.
In five years. If NY is lucky enough, the discussion will be is Jones worth the 40+ million the market has set.
The first step of overcoming cowboys envy and denial.... is acceptance.
