...in an otherwise terrible game.
First quarter; Giants screen to the right. Jaylon Smith is near to the play when all of a sudden John Halapio hits him at full speed. The look on Smith's face is priceless, a combination of "what the fuck just hit me" and abject fear.
Here's to next week against the Bills!
Goes to show you, they were not the only problem with the team.

Yep while it was still a game they were opening up some gaping holes in the run game. Too bad our HC didn't realize it.
Too much shotgun down in that area for my liking the last few years.

Just a great play and good timing by Engram. Everyone was expecting the stretch run to Barkley. That is the type of play that will actually work during the game when you establish the run!
why cut off two thirds of the field and never
mis-direct or throw back against an aggressive defense
we played right into there strengths .
Rather see Barkley go over the top in short yardage
then the long developing play with a un-athletic QB like Eli
made no sense at all . even on third and 3-4 yards use
a short pass to Ellison .Terrible play calling
Not 3rd and 14.

Best and most insightful comment I've seen since yesterday. Hats off to you. You couldn't be more right. My only question is, how come you figured it out but the entire coaching staff was clueless about it?

................... Well his legs sure look like Sequoias!
yeah, that's what happened...
I put this game on Shurmer's shoulders.
