I have no problem siding with Beckham on this... Williams is a tremendous POS and I doubt doubt for a second that he said something like that to his players.

100%. I remember the saftey lowering his head like a missile, missing Beckham, hitting his own player, and knocking his own teeth out. In fact, Demontre Moore was the only teammate that stuck up for Beckham albiet drawing a 15 yard penalty in the process but at that point something had to be done. It was so blatant. Normally I would say getting a personal foul penalty is not the right way to handle that situation but that was a rare case where I didn't give a fuck.

shouldn't the NFL be investigating this? I would think that Gregg Williams would have to be kicked out of the league again if there are players willing to put on the record that he was doing the same nonsense that he was doing the last time.

If that was a head shot then I would think Beckham has a case. But, taking his legs out? That's how 98% of the DBs in the league tackle!

I don't know - he had some pretty incredible explosion in 2016. He basically won this team games with his speed.

That was the last year I saw that burst from him. He wasn't right early 2017 before he got hurt, and last year I didn't see that gear at all.

I was upset, as was the majority of BBI, after that hit. We instantly blamed Williams for the cheap shot. It was further proof what a POS Greg Williams is. He was ordering a cheap shot in the preseason vs a player from a team not in his conference and that they would NOT face in the regular season. Why on earth would they want to hurt Beckham there? How does that benefit the Browns?

two of the questions he was asked by the media were, "Did the Rams have a bounty on Odell Beckham during that game?" and later during training camp, "Are you and Odell Beckham okay?"

Gregg Williams really shouldn't have been allowed to coach again. As others have said, he's truly a scumbag.
