I know ‘Cuse has been good against Clemson lately, but did you see their defense against Maryland? Lawrence is going to shred them, and I think Dabo doesn’t take his foot off the gas because ‘Cuse has played them tough the last two years. Line was Clemson -28. Not sure if it has moved.
are actually 5 years. Most student-athletes are taking 12 credits. In addition, they are provided with heavy resources assisting with education; monitoring of grades by a staff, tutors, etc.
The other big thing many of them have is the opportunity to continue in the field of athletics. Many will be future coaches, teachers, sports admin, trainers etc. and being in a Division 1 program gives a incredible leg up.
Division 3 schools don't give scholarships but many receive "grants" to assist.
The post above regarding some type of sharing revenue was interesting.
Pitt. Only two things Pitt has going is weather and revenge game, but I think PSU came out sleepy last week because they were looking ahead to this one.
What the fuck is Franklin doing....been screaming too run the ball Â
Lawrence vs. Fields to be the #1 overall pick next year. It'll probably be Lawrence, but the competition between the two will be one to follow for years to come.

That Gordon kid at QB for Wazzu is going to be an interesting prospect. Stand very tall in the pocket, can move, and looks to have very good touch throwing long. Looks like the mad scientist Leach has done it again.
Again, for those of us interested in receiving talent, Wazzu has two guys that stood out - Arconado and Paton. Arc looks like he good be a sneaky, reliable move the sticks guy. And Paton is an absolute beast with a non-assembly needed NFL body. Has a real knack to get deep and shield off defenders...
Lawrence is the QB you would build if you could build the best QB prospect in a lab.
Fields is very good, but no where near the passer that Lawrence is.
I agree. Field is more of a dual threat player. But there are some passing skills there. But he's a few galaxies away from Lawrence in that department.
I'll say this - Lawrence hasn't been that great this year yet. Been sloppy. Needs to tighten up his game.
State and Arizona State are going right down to the end. ASU is inside the MSU 10 with just over a minute to play. I think the ASU QB Daniels is a true freshman, and his mobility has really hurt MSU. He's scrambled for a few key first downs. He also has a very strong arm.
It looks like ASU just scored a TD with less than a minute left to take the lead.
RE: RE: RE: Well us Terps had 1 week of glory lol Â
got hosed. I don't generally whine about officials, but, aApart from the fact that the officials called everything on MSU and little on ASU - including at one point where the ASU guy hit an MSU player in the face after the play right in front of an official who stepped in to break it up but called nothing - there was a leaping call missed on that last FG attempt. The ASU player ran forward and jumped over the C, which is a 15 yard PF. Even the studio crew commented on it. But it was missed on the field and not reviewable. Of course.
And anyone who dislikes Dantonio but likes Harbaugh has sour grapes over one too many surrender cobras. "Whoa he has trouble with the snap! And the ball is free! It's picked up by Michigan State's Jaylen Watts-Jackson! And he scOOOrres on the last play of the game! Unbelievable! - ( New Window )
TJ Vasher is the most underrated WR in college football Â
It's a crime he's not talked about more. I get it he doesn't have an extensive route tree, but he has the size, athleticism and hands that scream potential.
TCU-Purdue is interesting becausethe line has completely flipped where Purdue went from 2-point home favorite to now getting points at home.
Doesn't Pitt usually play them close.

Even though game will probably be a blow out.

Not the last two years. 33-14 and 51-6

Anyways, from what I’ve seen so far in 3 weeks, ohio st looks so much better coached with Meyer gone(really hard to believe)
Next year as in 2021

It's shaping up to be a terrific class of receivers. We should have no problem getting a crack at quite a few.

State just had a 97 yard pick six .....3rd quarter
A truly “Edsallian” performance. :-(

That's one more than most seasons...when does hoops start? What an offensive joke they were today.

Tony you kidding me? That's being kind. It was more Joe Krivak level...

That was one of worst football games I've ever seen - a game so bad both teams almost refused to win. The 7 yard punt sealed it for me.
Haha, aren’t you a guy that roots for Harbaugh?

Wasting timeouts on 1 play. Couldnt happen to a better coach

Im a wolverine fan, hate the coach. Sparty still got me laughing with that ending
UVA deserved to win...so the football gods got it right.
