NFT: watching games out of state using a tri-state FIOS account

davek3698 : 9/14/2019 7:11 pm
I live in MD and have FIOS at home, account in my name. I also co-own a shorehouse around Lavallette now. We have FIOS there too, though it is in my brother’s name. Is there anyway I can get Giant games down here in MD via the FIOS account up there in NJ? I know the login information for the NJ FIOS. I’m afraid that they will see that my ip address is down here and it wouldn’t work as it would only allow me to watch local games. Any workarounds? Thanks.
In this scenario you may be able to use a VPN.

adding a VPN

Thanks for the direction. How would I go about adding a VPN? Would I have to connect it directly into the router? I already have a google wifi extender connected to the main router. However, I do have a second router used for my son's video game playing (deadzone in house) that I can use, along with the tv in that room. Thanks.
