They only reason we stop them once and a while is because they get tired or lose focus
or they get bored. or maybe they get hungry. could be a bunch of things.
I usually hate when people say this, but in this game it’s hard not to notice that once we scored and they lost their two td lead how easily they drove down the field to at least attempt a fg and get that insurance back
No, the refs screwed that up. Lawrence barely contacted the snapper. If he wanted to jack him up he could have but he kind of brushed the snapper sideways. That's not what the rule was intended for, it was intended to prevent heavy contact on the snapper like a helmet to helmet unprotected hit
to hit he center with his head down. Problem for these stupid officials he was crossing over to push the OTHER guard. He brushed the center barely. Total BS call.
