Jones vs Tua/Herbert/Fromm

We might find ourselves in the same situation Arizona was in (with maybe a new GM/HC). Daniel Jones needs to play ASAP to see what we have.
How would Eli feel about that though?

even if Jones struggles. Agree that Jones needs to play a lot in this lost season.

Hopefully, the Giants can get a boatload of draft choices from a team wanting a QB.

He has a lot of talent but he has played with the most talented team in college football during his entire career. His top two WR's are top 10 talent's.

Is a sizeable reason to understand what you have in Jones. Couple of strong qb drafts coming up, do you have a legit star qb or a mediocre or worse journeyman?

Tua is amazingly accurate. He puts the ball right on the spot consistently.

perfect. Who could have looked better? Why would you draft another QB? Trade out of the pick, get 2 1sts+ in exchange, and fill in some of our other large gaps.

Jones is the future QB

and don't think Fromm is first round material. But Herbert would be worth a long discussion...

But the OP is right. Time to begin the Jones evaluation since we have already lost two weeks by starting Eli.

He's looked perfect? In what, preseason? So what. Mitch Trubisky tore it up in preseason as a rookie too. BFD
If one of these players is a better prospect than Jones..
