We figured out that we needed to pressure the QB instead of letting him stand in the pocket for ten seconds. We stopped the stupid Hill and Lawrence DE combo and went Golden and Carter or Ximines and amazingly slowed down an offense.
Hill and Lawrence are too slow to play at the DE at the same time, neither is a pass rusher. Using faster guys and blitzing worked.
Insane it took the brain trust this long to figure out. If playing two 300 pound slow guys at DE worked. Someone would have done it long ago.

We blitzed a ton against Dallas. Our corners were left one on one. Go watch the game. Bettcher tried to manufacture pressure. It didn't work. Don't confuse lack of pressure with a lack of trying.
