No matter what they said

The organization knew we weren’t ready to compete, if they didn’t know than I’m afraid we do not have the right people to fix this mess. That said, knowing the personnel we have and still deciding that Eli was going to be allowed to play out his contract, what’s the point in even taking DJ at #6 and not the pash rusher we so desperately need right now? Don’t get me wrong I actually am very excited to see DJ play but if this is the route we are taking it looks like it’s gonna lead us straight to another top 3 pick and there are very good qbs in next years draft one of which if he came out this year may have been our target over DJ(Herbert). Just seems to me like we neither A) have no direction and are winging it or B) allowing Eli Manning to hold us hostage. Sometimes I think it’s A when I think back at some curious decisions made by DG. Most of the time I think it’s B. Idk about any of you but I don’t even get excited when we do something good anymore cause I’m just waiting for the inevitable show to drop. Even my wife said your so lifeless during the game I used to hate watching football w u, what happened(she doesn’t pay any attention and could care less)
