Found this in my grandfather's stuff. Perfect condition (was in a box that was probably sealed in 1920).

There's an interesting page on Walter Camp. It mentions his big achievement of introducing an additional down for the offense in 1912 to restore the balance between offense and defense.

love the photo of the "stadium filled to capacity for the Colgate game" - with those buildings juxtaposed, it looks like Ancient Rome.

oh ... and cigarettes on the menu, can't beat that! :-)

from the mid 1910s to the mid 1920s. when I get time i'm going to go through them and see if there are any mentions of his time with the NY Giants.

sports magazines (special sports sections) that include lots of college football pictures. also an article about the opening of the Pine Valley golf course and a boxer hoping to dethrone Jack Johnson. will post if anyone is interested. others sports covered: sailing, chess, tennis, golf, baseball (of course), rugby, basketball.
