This was always a three year rebuild. This team, imo, is headed in the right direction. The problem is that our coaching sucks. Our talent level is not where it needs to be but it is getting there. This has zero to do with making bold moves.

I am talking a 2nd round pick and maybe something else not a first though.
We have suffered long enough. Do it the right way, and build through the draft.
We need our premium picks next year to get a pass rusher, WR, ILB and FS.
