From what I've read on BBI a lot of us where praying for the move to Jones, but thinking Mara would block it.

The move makes total sense at this point and Mara, Tish allowed it.

Not fair to say OV had a bad attitude. He got banged up and didn't live up to his contract but I never read anything negative about his locker room influence.
I don't think McAdoo starting Smith over Eli is what got him fired. The whole season was a clusterfuck. The locker room was a mess, McAdoo was running a crummy offense that didn't fit the players he had, and the team stunk.

not sure if there's something i missed with OV, but eric the other day said something like "i don't want olivier vernon near this team." not sure if he knows something we don't, or if it has to do with the kneeling during the anthem or some shit like that that serves as a proxy for "bad culture guy"
