Loved him a West Virginia. He’s the perfect big young WR that DJ needs to develop with.
Promote him and hopefully Slayton gets healthy enough to return this week
based on his not being drafted, 2 catch preseason and subsequent release from the Bills. Im not saying he will never amount to anything, but those facts indicate to me that he isnt quite ready for promotion just yet.
Everything I read about his preseason said that he had a weak camp Â
If he can't make it happen among this shit group of WRs, he won't make it anywhere.

Like Sy I was a big fan of his but appears to be just not athletic Â
But after watching his highlights he seems to lack quickness and burst. He is going to have trouble getting open in the NFL. He has excellent size and incredible balls skills though. I wonder if he would be better as an H-back/TE. He would need a year to add weight and muscle to his frame but he might be a better fit there.
