2nd player brought in that was recently cut by the 49ers. Did the Giants hire one of their scouts?

40 at the combine, experience returning kicks, also lined up at WR at rice. Might be an interesting project as a potential slot/gimmick player (only 5'8).

Nothing, really. Bottom of the roster guys bounce around the league like this a lot. Sometimes they develop into a player, there's no reason to not take a chance.
