I will give 1 example of how bad this is, they draft a running back with the second pick for a head coach who is an all pass, pass, and pass first head coach unable to adjust his precious game plan to conform to the talent of the team, which has an iconic running back. I'm actually genuinely hopeful that DJ can change the energy on this Â
