: If you lined up our whole team at the goal line for a race, Darius Slayton @Young_Slay2
would probably win 10 out of 10 times
does have what could be the most productive running attack in Giant history, although only time will tell about that. but i cannot remember how impressive and exciting a giant running attack, blocking and a superb running back, we have had since the promise of Tucker Fredrickson which was broken and the trade which brought a super running back, whose name escapes me, i think from the ?Browns in the 70’s. i am discounting Gifford, and Webster for reasons I would be tired of typing.
So Sunday Brown has a chance to begin and play and not carry the offense by himself, because of his rb options. As for the wr’s and “D”, time for coaches and everyone on the field to step up.
The Bucs offense is mediocre, the last talented offense we've faced...if the Giants can't get it going against this group...
The bucs were a consensus top projected offense almost universally. they are going to throw a ton this year and rack up yards and points. kind of an odd comment.

That's nice, their offensive line sucks and Winston is a jag..but good luck to them.

Winston is 23rd in attempts, but 4th in hurries and 1st in QB hits, Bucs oline ranks 27th in sack% at 10%.(Eli is 3rd in attempts, but only 13th in hurries and 17th in hits, Giants oline ranks 6th in sack% at 3.5%)...bucs can go throw a ton and get Winston killed....I guess. If you can't protect your quarterback you aren't going to throw the ball a ton and "rack up yards and points".

They'll hang 30 on this defense. It's not like they need to be world-beaters.

Knock on Slayton was hands and route running. I think both will improve with time.
at practice in full gear
Carter truly looked good getting off the bus, but there was much less to like about his game than Slayton. Slayton has actual ability.
I've been a fan since 1980.....so not since then.
Maybe Simms/Eddie Hicks from 1980 LOL!!!!!!
Where is Alonzo Russell now?
Cody Latimer out with a concussion.
Bennie Fowler questionable
Darius Slayton is cleared to play
he could open things up

Lets see how effective they are once the Giants start posessing the ball for more than 30 minutes per game with DJ.

Huh? Slayton isn't a gamer because he has a hamstring injury? Ok.
Alonzo Russell "the gamer" is sitting at home on his couch. Maybe you two can meet up and watch the game together.

I dunno. Mike Evans and Chris Godwin are both great wideouts. OJ Howard is a good TE. The other TE, Cameron Brate, has burned us in the past.
Peyton Barber is nothing special at RB but he had a career game (106 yards) against the Giants last year.
They've got plenty of talent. And our defense is shit.

Cause if they do, the WR starters should be Tate,Slayton, and Shep and that is what we will get in Week 5.
