The holes in the defensive backfield are enormous, and every QB knows to just focus on whomever Haley is covering.

Hopefully the healthy scratch for Tae Davis is just to give him 10 additional days to recover from his concussion as he might have the athletic ability to help the middle of the field.

Re-sign Marcus Golden right now. The guy should be a defensive Captain.

Stupar should be cut tomorrow. Not good on D...and now a liability on Special Teams.

They may need to activate Chris Slayton with Pierre having the concussion.

Jones is going to learn a lot from today's game. He was holding the ball too long on his first 2 picks, and seemed to get that concept in the 2nd half as he was throwing the ball away in a more timely fashion.

....Shurmur should have gone for it on 4th and 2. The Giants still don't win the game, but it probably gives Jones another series or two to work on his game.

Finally, it looks like D. Slayton may really be a player. He just needs to get a little stronger (i.e. offseason weight training) to she can combat the defensive backs a little better.

He knows no RB could get that 2 yards, and he knew Pats would come hard with everyone to both contain Danny from running and forcing him to make a very quick pass to a receiver who probably would not have any separation in that amount of time. I mean come on....do you think Latimer, Ellison, and Tate could get open in less than 2 seconds?

But I agree, if you are playing to win you have to take risks.

Can leave Gillette with their heads held high. They took on the undefeated Super Bowl champs with a third string running back backup tight end and backup receiver and kept it close to the fourth quarter. You don’t have to think too hard about how Barkley would have changed the game. He should come back when he’s healed up

I wish they would roll out Jones more. I am sure the personel limited some options. Did we even hear of the mystery 2nd receiver. Ellison is ssllooww :(

aren't back against Arizona. I have a bad feeling that Shepard will be out for the rest of the season.
