those are the same stats as week 5 vs the Patriots
at least he wasn't 8-22 for 100 yds 0 tds and 2 ints
with 2 pro bowl receivers and a top 10 rb.
so we got that going for us.

Anyway, yeah, I'd imagine going against the #1 defense in the league, greatest Defensive mind this game has ever seen, missing his top 3 (really 4) targets, had something to do with it.

PFF had some statistic showing it was the toughest game any QB has faced in the entire league in the last 4 years from a secondary perspective. That is to say: least amount of average separation by receivers (i.e. no one was open the entire game and he was constantly throwing into the tightest of coverage). So yeah that probably also had something to do with it.

stupid...as in, playing the Skins at home on a warm sunny day isn’t the same as playing the Pats on the road on a windy night...

I'm not very good at discerning whether a poster is a troll or just, well.. I don't want to be mean.. but maybe the light in their head is dimmable and the switch is stuck on dim.

but giants have played 3 of the top 5 defenses by yards allowed. Buffalo, Vikings, and Patriots. you can interpret it a few different ways.

there were people on here, that after one fucking game, thought the entire Giants season was turned around and that Jones would have us in a lot of close games. My dad and I chuckled about it. He's not that good yet. He's a rookie. Rookies aren't that good. He has shown enough that it looks like he will be solid, if not, great. That's all you can hope for for his first season.
