WR Sterling Shepard (concussion) not going to be cleared this week given situation, per sources. Out Sunday vs. Arizona. Even next week uncertain. Been practicing w/non-contact jersey but a lot to be taken into consideration considering he suffered 2 concussions in four-week span

But on the other hand it will be 4 total weeks from the time he got hurt to the time he's back on the field.

Considering there are varying degrees of high ankle sprains, his probably wasn't that severe and this seems like a reasonable amount of time.

Back in a NY mood with EE and SB playing Sunday.

Saquon Barkley & Evan Engram have practiced fully all week. They are not on the injury report. Pat Shurmur to reporters: “I just choose not to tell you (their status) right now.” But, yes, they will play vs AZ.

Gallman and Pierre need to be cleared by independent neurologist today. If they are, they will be available Sunday.
