I'm 2-4 in 8th of 10. I got 2 new toys in SB & Gallup, the latter & Chark are the healthiest WRs on their teams and EE is back. While RWilson never left. Early wk7 returns playing vs Mahomes & Lindsay are quite lucky / good (sorry Pat). 7 weeks, 6 playoff teams

Flex question:
Fitz v NYG
DFreeman v LAR

AZ may not have DJohnson nor Kirk. OTOH Atl v LAR could be high scoring even if a blowout, giving Freeman value as a receiver. And Ito had a much lower workload last game after a much more even timeshare til then

And D Q:
I have SEA, very low sacks & overall QB pressures etc tho they've gotten some TOs. NYG looked better vs a great O. If not those which other likely FA Ds & why?
I’d probably go

Fitzy (has been pretty consistent around 15 pts a game this season) and Seattle’s D. I think the Giants play last weekend had more to do with playing up to their competition (and still didn’t put up great fantasy numbers).

Flex question:
2 flex spots available
Diggs vs Detroit
John Brown vs Miami (coming off an injury)
Latavius Murray vs Chicago (Kamara’s gonna be out, so he’s gonna be the feature back, and since Hicks went down for Chicago, their run D has been average)
What say you?

I agree with colin, Fitz and Seattle. I can't comment on available D's on waivers because I do not know who's available in your league.

colin: Nice options. I think you will be okay with whoever you choose. My gut says you have to go with Diggs due to how hot the Vikings have been lately, and it is a division rival. So, it will be a battle. I'm partial to RB's for my Flex, so Murray as the other.

Good luck to you both.
I put Fitz in my millionaire maker flyer this week. Him Vs Haley?

I'd like to think Betcher would make some adjustments, but from what I've seen this year the answer is no. Doesn't mean they'll kill us on that side of the ball, but its a foregone conclusion Fitz has a very good game.

That’s what my gut was saying too, but I love the match up vs Miami for brown, and Diggs had a great week, but I always get Leary with divisional games, those teams play each other the hardest. Plus Detroit’s secondary is no joke. Hmm...
I need help, big surprise.

Yesterday, I mentioned I was offered a trade. I’d get Goff & D. Henry for M. Mack and T. Lockett. It’s a non-ppr keeper league. Goff and Mack have keepable rights, the others don’t. My current QBs are Stafford and Brissett. Lockett is currently on my bench, I can afford to deal him due to my WR depth. Is this a good deal? QBs get 6 pts per td.

I’ve reviewed the deal, and it is really tempting. Yesterday’s feedback indicated it was doable. I checked on a FF site, and they indicated it wouldn’t really help me in the long run. So, now I’m really torn. What do you think? Any feedback is appreciated

Best
Thanks guys. Ya I have Fitz slotted in already
ChaChing : 10/19/2019 10:59 am : link
I love him but I've felt like whoever the coach / QB it seems they still don't go to him enough (yes #2 all-time in receptions but still). This yr after targeting him a ton early and deep, theres been 5 tgt games even w/ Kirk, Byrd out, and basically no TEs of note. Can't expect 10+ every game but that's a bit too low in a high pass vol O

Also still hope Freeman gets to legit #1 workload. Another RB that seems could be used in the pass game more, if not help that shit OL w/ less predictable & more imaginative run calls. I've had him past yrs, even big ones seem they go away from him at odd times - at the goaline after he has a great drive. Or now going to Ito in the RZ
Colin if you feel strongly about betting against Chi's run D
ChaChing : 10/19/2019 11:11 am : link
that might be different. But after LM having a very low output year (I was thinking 60-80% of Ingram? Not sure he's even at 50), while NO has been a surprise I find a weak RB vs that D tough to play. Tho I can't speak to Hicks / injury tbf

Otherwise it's a similar call. I think I go Diggs. I went to a FF site I use a bunch...here's that guy's take. Still to close to call in this case but decent info. U might also look at their QB's write-ups fwiw

Quote:
John Brown: It’s always going to be difficult to rely on a Josh Allen wide receiver consistently, but knowing Brown has seen at least five targets in every game, including eight or more in 3-of-5 games, it’s a bit easier. Both he and Beasley have a 22 percent target share but the difference is that Brown has seen 34 percent of the team’s air yards, while Beasley has seen just 19 percent. The Dolphins were without their top cornerback Xavien Howard last week, though he hasn’t been good to begin with. On the year, he’s allowed 162 yards and two touchdowns on 18 targets in coverage. His replacement was Ken Webster, who proceeded to allow two catches for 38 yards and a touchdown on just three targets in coverage. There’s just one team who’s seen fewer targets in coverage than this Dolphins secondary, and that’s because they’ve been unnecessary, as the targets have netted a robust 2.30 PPR points per target. Just five wide receivers have finished as top-30 options against them, so it’s been very top heavy, and Brown would likely be the one to benefit considering his share of air yards. He’s not a lock for production given the blowout nature of this game, but not many WR3s are, and that’s where Brown slots in this week. It’s worth noting he was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday with a groin injury.

Stefon Diggs: Welcome back to fantasy owners’ hearts, Mr. Diggs. He saw a season-high 11 targets while dominating the Eagles secondary last week for 167 yards and three touchdowns. That helps make his overall target numbers seem respectable, but we cannot forget he’s finished 3-of-6 games with four or less targets. We could see the Lions use Darius Slay to shadow him this week, though that would leave Thielen with Rashaan Melvin, so they could choose to have the cornerbacks simply play sides. The Lions have been tough on perimeter receivers, as Melvin himself has been very good, allowing just a 48.4 percent catch-rate in his coverage. Knowing the targets are hard to come by in this offense, it’s not good to see the Lions allowing just a 53.1 percent catch-rate to wide receivers as a whole. The 1.38 PPR points per target they’ve allowed ranks as the third-best mark in the league, behind only the Patriots and Bills. While Diggs had a big performance in Week 6, he’s likely to cause some frustration in this matchup. His upside should keep him in lineups as a WR3 but he’s far from a sure thing this week.

FYI I'm completely blind to keeper league / rules...never done one so take it or leave it! But otherwise:

I think I would do that. I'd don't know your roster to be certain, but this is Goff for Lockett to me. RBs are solid but similar...maybe Henry's shown a higher floor & more consistency this yr, w/ hope from his big end to 2018. Otherwise both have similar matchups, same div

Goff has much better matchups than Stafford (I like JB but he's a tier or 2 down). MS has Chi & Min 2x, Den. Goff has Chi, and SF in the FF playoffs if you believe that hype

superspynyg : 10/19/2019 12:18 pm : link
I have made 2 trades in two different leagues. Both no ppr
1: Fournette for Evans I get Fournette
My rbs now Chubb, Coleman, Montgomery, and Howard
My wrs are Thomas, Evans, Cooks, Sanders

2: Aaron Jones for Cooper. I get Cooper
My rbs Conner, Jacobs, Coleman, Howard, Hunt, Guice(IR)
My wrs Thomas, Cooper, Sutton, Sanders, Green(if he ever comes back)

I can lol to trade a we for a lower end rb if I need to. I wanted a solid # 2 wr in both leagues and had solid rb depth.

Thank you. Keeper leagues are fun. You don’t just focus on your current team, you look to the future too. It makes players with keeper rights more valuable especially when they are good. So sometimes trades are unbalanced because a players future weighs heavily on his value.

Goff’s schedule makes him very tempting. He just has not been playing well this year. He has more turnovers than td’s. Funny thing, Brissett has been better. I’m wondering if I’m good enough as is. Perhaps Goff isn’t enough of an improvement. Playing matchups with Stafford could work. Tough choice here. Henry has scored a lot of tds, while Mack has more yards.

Ugh!!
I have Adrian Peterson as my flex...
EricJ : 10/19/2019 8:00 pm : link
and that is not a great matchup. I can drop one of these three QBs to pickup someone else for the flex.

Goff
Stafford - thinking of dropping this one
Josh Allen

And here are my options for the flex instead of Peterson...
Darius Slayton
Snead
Humphries
Jaron Brown
Demaryius Thomas
Ginn
Lazard

Peterson seems the best option. Although, Lazard could be a nice option. Stafford is the one to cut

I have some WR issues this week with byes. I am seriously considering Lazard if MVS and Allison don't play for Green Bay. If one of them plays and the other is out I am still considering Lazard. Rodgers apparently likes him (he called on the coaches to put Lazard in for some plays last Monday) and the Raiders pass D is not great. I would drop Stafford, he is waiver wire fodder with up and down weeks and nothing more.
Do I start Lamar Jackson at seattle
