This one is on the coaches and if Shurmur can’t beat the rebuilding Cardinals at home after a mini bye, he has to go.

Team came out flat on both sides of the ball. Mind numbing decisions and same mistakes week after week. No idea how to use his timeouts.

Draw play on 3rd and 20 then goes for it on 4th and 15.

Coaches have to tell Slayton to not take that ball out of the end zone. Gave up time and field position when you don’t have any timeouts left.

Zero creativity on offense. 14 points scored by the offense against the 30th ranked defense in the NFL. Gave up 8 sacks and numerous pressures.

I’m sorry but this team will not be competitive until Shurmur goes. Hopefully DG takes care of that at the bye and we get a jump on next year.

take action on his mistakes and I think he does the same with Shurmur. He’s just not a head coach. A modern day Norv Turner with less creativity. Need to bring in some new blood. I’m not saying Kingsbury is any great coach but at least the Cardinals were creative on offense. Chase Edmunds looked like Barry Sanders. In the NFL coaching makes such a big difference. There’s a reason Shurmur is 20 games under .500 in his career.

Cut bait and do it quickly, he is a major dud. Â

No juice, this will be his last NFL head coaching job whether he get's fired this year or next.
