Hard to understand or explain how unaware the head coach seemed to be of possible better alternatives for handling the end of that game
For example on the next to last Giants possession down only 3, Giants have 4 th and long. I believe there was about 2:40 something left.
I understand on 3 rd and 20 he had already determined he was going for it. But once the draw got 6 yards why not change the plan.
A punt there allows you to get the ball back 3 down with 2 minutes instead of 6, if the defense gets the same three and out they got after the fumble on 4 th down, deep in Giants territory for gimme FG.
They still get ball back with 2 + min on 25 if you don’t run that kick back. That s not a second guess either. No nothing fans like myself and my kids were certain they would not attempt to run a kick out of the end zone.
Maybe it s time to give up the play calling. I know he s suppose to be some kind of genius, but it s hard to see it, at least to my untrained eye
Cardinals completely outplayed Giants
That said. I don’t want Shula calling plays
I thought Shurmur would be like that.
I thought wrong.
Even if that's true, why say it? Aren't you supposed to support this kid?
Fire this fucking clown coach and clown GM today. Take the next 3 months to figure out how to take the organization out of the 1980's and into the 21st century.

Agree, they got dominated by that defense. But that still doesn’t excuse the way the end of that game was handled

This
We were like: "lemme guess , draw play haha" going back to coughlin if not fassel.
If he's really healthy. And if the line can run-block competently.
The way things were going today, though, I trust Jones to get a big chunk of yardage with a pass more than I trust Barkley to do it with a run. But y'know, this is why they spent the #2 overall pick on Barkley, right? Because he's a guy who can get big chunks of yardage, maybe even break one and save the game?

Oh c'mon Terps, really?
That's not what happend. I know you dislike PS and I'll agree his decision at the end of the game to run - then go for it - was not good.
But he hardly threw DJ under the bus. In fact, someone asked about DJ and PS said "he's tough as nails".
PS even said it was the right play and it's what he wanted. You're reaching.
