Watching this game, this team seems unprepared, overmatched and undisciplined. The defense is horrific. The offense is pathetic. Wasting the talent of Barkley. After a 65 yard reception, Shurmer takes him off the field for 2 plays. So here is who I’d want to interview as a GM and Why:
In no particular order:
1. Marvin Lewis - Say what you want about his time in Cincinnati, he consistently had the Bengals competitive and prepared to play despite one of the worst owners in football. Lewis is defensive minded coach and has always has a proven history of turning poor defenses into very good or great defenses. Also he will bring in an offensive staff that will be dedicated to the offense. Not a HC who will hijack the offense. Heck, maybe he’d bring in Jay Gruden which would be ok with me as his OC.
2. Matt Eberflus - has turned around the Colts defense fast. Sees how Reich has run a team. Young, Smart and again won’t hijack the offense.
3. John Fox - No idea if he wants back in the game. But he understands how to run a team, prepare a team and build a coaching staff.
4. Greg Roman - Love what he has done with Baltimore offense. He has success with mobile QBs. I’d be hesitant because I fear he’d want to call his own plays.
5. Kris Richard - He’s my kind of coach. Tough, aggressive and successful. And it would hurt Dallas.
6. Jim Harbaugh - If available, hell yeah id want him here
7. Nick Saban - Doubt he wants to come here but I’d ask
**I do not think Lincoln Riley will want to move to the NFL Yet.
Can't see why anyone wants him....what has he won?
I think the answer is No, and this will be his last gig as a HC.
I just pray to God he's not the HC again next year

I might actually quit watching
Why?
Because he is a joke of a head coach who held a job years longer than he ever deserved. My brother in law is a Bengals fan. If Marvin Lewis was within earshot of him he would here many hours of unpleasant words
But to see Marvin Lewis made me laugh
You want to hire a coach that could’nt get Andy dalton to take the big step in development to coach DJ8.

Shurmur will be the head coach week 1 next year.
Mike Tomlin he is my number one choice
Belichek jr would be very intriguing choice ..

This. And it's not close, it's going to be depressing when we don't fire Shurmur, wait two more years, and then bring in somebody like Marvin Lewis.
Rhule would be perfect for the Giants. He's from NYC, briefly coached on the Giants, he runs an offense tailor made for the Giants personnel (power run out of a spread concept), and he's big on culture.

Belichek Jr will replace Da Da in NE
I think Josh McDaniels will
I know Parcells, would lament that you are what your record says you are. However, bad coaching has cost this team at least three games this year. We are fundamentally inept, and have no identity or direction. I see better coaching 1/2 hour away, in Pahoke. Barry Switzer, managed a game clock better then the tool we have on our sidelines.
The Mara's won't drop PS, thinking they need another year of him teaching Daniel Jones. I'm not sure I agree. The franchise is regressing. We will be lucky to be 4-12. It might be time to let him go.
Sadly yes, they will likely fire Bettcher and keep PS.
