TAILGATE ADVICE NEEDED...

Festina Lente : 11/6/2019 10:20 pm
This is my first time going to an early kickoff game. My question revolves around how ya'll prefer to Tailgate in the morning?

Plan on arriving 9-10 which seems a bit early for the usual sausages/burgers/beers/whiskey combo...

For those that have more experience what would you recommend bringing/doing? Thanks in advance.
It depends on your capability

Let's assume that you have a grill. I usually arrive at 830-9. I cook bacon, eggs, sausages and have mimosas.

I start lunch at 11, then pack up to leave for the stadium by 1215.

Add some Bailey's if you like. If you're going to be there early, you're going to need coffee, so you might as well spike it. You'll need it to watch these teams.
after all the eating and drinking why do people

Because people are out of their mind when it comes to sauce. With every passing week I am losing interest in going to games. The giants sucking certainly hasnít helped, but the fans that donít know how to act are killing it.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. I don't think I've ever cooked eggs/bacon on a grill before but I'll give it a shot. might just prep some stuff at home and warm it at the lot.

that sounds delectable. BTw I've found it is a bit of bear finding good Andouille sausages near me (last time I tried to make Jambalaya). Got my guy butcher for good polish and Italian suasage though. thanks for the idea

Bacon and sausages are very easy on the grill. As for the eggs, I bring a pan with me (the thinnest I have) . I blast the flame to cook it so it gets thru the pan.

Here's the alternative to eggs on the grill... Preparing at home a quiche or fritata. I heat them at the stadium.
