If Thomas/Young are off the board, I don't see another player who would have a greater impact than an elite pass rusher like Bosa. There are some articles i have read indicating that Bosa is unhappy wih LAC and may not want to re-sign there/hold out. If we have a top 10 pick, that may be enough to pry someone like that away.
