Fire this entire staff?

I know there are a ton of injuries but the same problems remain, Shurmur has no idea how to use Barkley, the draw play is nauseatingly awful. The defense is atrocious.

I see no redeeming qualities in this coaching staff at all. Completely inept.

What say you BBI, should the change happen now? After the season? Not at all?

can the coaches, the GM, the head of scouting. Find someone to put in charge of the whole deal, have him wear the dual HC/GM hat, and get two up and comers to take spots as coordinators and have him hand over all playcalling/design responsibility to them. That HC/GM should also revamp the scouting department while he's at it.

Rebuild, fine - but rebuild for org, don't just swap nameplates.

an interim might accidentally win a game or two and endanger the draft position. Minimal chance of that with the current crew.
