He’s got no clue what he’s doing and isn’t a good GM, like some on this board said. But we were told he has a plan and we’re just imbeciles for not seeing it.

Was George Young really that special? Or was it Parcells? I think there are candidates that are capable enough.

And the team has also seen massive changes since 2013.

In 2013, the Giants ditched Gildribe and completely revamped the offense.

In 2014, they shed more of the coaching staff.

In 2015, Mara showed Coughlin the door.

In 2017, he fired both the GM and the head coach mid-season.

Mara has definitely made some bad decisions in the past few years, but the narrative that he is happy with mediocrity does not fit reality.
