The guy built a mismanaged roster and signed a bunch of guys who only care about padding their own stats since they are on short term deals playing for their next contract They are also getting in the way of the young guys developing properly since they are ball stoppers and dont move the ball .
Instead of collecting assets and trading for bad contracts like smart organizations with picks attached they went for another short term fix using cap space on 4 PF and vets who only care about $$$. They cant get mills out of here quick enough
