DL Dalvin Tomlinson -- November 12, 2019
Q: In this bye week, what are you thinking about in this second half of the season? What can this team still accomplish?
A: We have to finish strong. I think we can finish and go out here and play some good football these last six games.
Q: Is it all about Giants pride going forward here this year?
A: It’s always about Giants pride. That’s part of us and what’s been instilled in us since we got here.
Q: Do you still believe in your team and do you still believe in this locker room?
A: Most definitely. There is no reason not to.
Q: What about your confidence level in the coaching staff? How do you feel about them?
A: I feel pretty confident because I feel like they’ve been making some good decisions. We have to go out there and execute the game calling a little bit better.
Q: Is it fair that the coaching staff is being criticized the most?
A: I feel like pretty much people are going to point fingers regardless. As a team we have to stick together and not point fingers on the inside.
Q: How does the defense improve in the second half?
A: We just have to make more plays. Just have some more erasers out there on defense and just play good football for 60 minutes. Not just 45 or 40.
Q: What can the fans expect from your defense going forward?
A: We are going to be more relentless out there going forward. Just play a lot more, make some more big plays happen.
