Given the state of the run game and the OL throughout that period - is that a reflection on Perkins? He didn't get much of a chance in Detroit who aren't a whole lot better at running the ball (20th overall).
I still think that he was better than Hilliman, and that cutting him was a mistake.

Well, regardless as to what the Detroit OL is like, they have a lot of injuries and STILL did not think Perkins was good enough to keep on the roster.
Want to blame the Detroit OL? That is the same line the other RBs have to run behind.
