That Jets Skins game will be on local. Wish we could see the Texans Ravens game.
My neighbor is taking his sons to the Skins-Jets game. I wonder if it will be a replay of that all-time classic a decade or so ago when the Jets won 3-0.
Redskins had seven first downs! https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/199312110was.htm - ( New Window )
I think I saw something where the Skins never got beyond the Jets 30 yard line. Saw that Esiason and Gannon (before he caught on) were the QBs in that game. Wind was a big problem that day.
These replays are so obviously ridiculous. I guess the NFL is gaslighting the fans. I just can’t think of any other reason to so blatantly ignore the obvious. It’s really amazing.
For those who didn't see: ball hits Howard right in hands, bobbles, tries to hold it behind his back with both hands, bobbles again, Saints defender snags it mid-air.
Watching Texans vs Ravens and realize how bad our Oline is watching these 2 teams. It’s like they are playing a different level. Really depressing being a fan of our team right now. The both also have a semblance of a defense.
looks bad. Don’t want to jump to conclusions but I don’t like his mechanics and arm release on a lot of these throws today. He also isn’t reading the field and is showing a lack of situational awareness. He’s made a lot of short throws to put his receivers in bad spots, but some of the receivers aren’t helping either.
They look like a dead team. Callahan got them playing a decent two game bounce with some practicing and discipline but I’m seeing business decisions and lethargy by their defense. Dolphins may prove a real hard matchup. Flores has their D playing hard and physical and Fitz will try and make some throws on us.
RE: RE: Man if you think our secondary stinks to high hell? Â

Well Gettleman could have had Darnold or Haskins, or any of other quarterbacks selected last year and ‘this besides Mayfield and Murray.
He took Jones and was ridiculed, mocked with group think, in a manner I can never remember
Kind of happy right now that the grumpy, cantankerous, silent old man doesn’t care what anyone else thinks.
Barkley would score 20 TDs in the Greg Roman offense Â

Yeah, no way we would be 2-8 without Gettleman's ministrations, but nice straw man you erected and knocked down there.
He was criticized for taking a guy with questions about arm talent and lack of pocket presence with the 6th pick in the entire draft when he had a qb under contract and Josh Allen was sitting there. The pro-Haskins folks here thought him a superior athlete with little starting experience and a project who could take a year to learn here instead of being pressed into service. Not saying they were right, but let's not suck Gettleman's cock quite yet.

You probably should calm down. Not making a case for Gettleman other than the fact that in my opinion he got the right guy at quarterback.
In which the gimmick of Lamar Jackson has yet to be solved by watching his tape.
Every week I shake my head. By the end of this season he's going to have more yards rushing than Barkley over these two years, just like he had more yards rushing than Barkley in college.
The guy is a serious MVP candidate, and that team is going to be very dangerous in the playoffs.

He s ridiculous. If I remember correctly, Chris Simms has him labeled as the best quarterback in that draft well before the draft.
but can we give him a little bit of time before calling him a bust. He's 22. I don't know if he's the future or not, but it's so premature to call him a bust. The kid is a rookie.

22 is a little late to learn how to throw a football like an NFL quarterback.
Guys with feet that shitty don't usually fix the problem.
RE: RE: gettleman should have traded down for extra picks Â
I’d have absolutely no hope for the future here. The giants would give Haskins tons of time and we’d be cooked here for at least the next 2-3 years and probably longer. Haskins is a wreck and no matter what he flashes I will never be a believer. His footwork resembles me on the dance floor.
Prescott is having his way..Lion defense has got to be the worst in the league.. Normally I wouldn't give a solid crap.. But I just fucking can't stand that prick of an owner. What's his name again?

RE: Haskins has 52 yds passing at the half - LOL Â
Giants are racist for no selecting him over Jones!
You know, I was thinking... it's well within the Giants' stupidity to have chosen Haskins over Jones if Haskins is indeed the lesser player. Maybe they actually didn't do the stupid thing only because of Haskins' race!!
I didn't want Haskins or Jones. I wanted Rosen for #37, or to wait until 2020 to pick a QB. It's nonetheless still premature to make any final conclusions about Haskins. He only started one year at OSU. But I agree he is somewhat reminiscent of JaMarcus Russell. Many other teams that needed a QB, including the Broncos, Bengals, and Dolphins also passed on him.

Patricia turned us down! They got rid of Caldwell and they are far worse now.
Lamar is amazing. Loved him at Louisville and he continues to be a star in the NFL. He is a very rare talent and I think teams would be hard-pressed to think what he has done in Baltimore can be easily duplicated.
and who the hell is "we" lol

...there won't be a New York Giants' humiliation this weekend.
Ineptitude and humiliation take a week off.

it's been a scam from day 1.
the refs.
Eagles Patriots awful?
Put on CBS.
Ravens miss 43 yd. field goal. Texans got lucky on the fumble.
Awful non-call.
They should just get rid of that replay rule
Their arrogance is second to none.
He was one of the guys I was surprised and disappointed about when Giants released him
And Winston gets charged with the INT.
For those who didn't see: ball hits Howard right in hands, bobbles, tries to hold it behind his back with both hands, bobbles again, Saints defender snags it mid-air.
There is and it's undermining the game. The NFL needs to replace the refs. They can't let the refs dictate like this.
Scumbags.
Giants may gain ground on the entire division by NOT playing ;>)
Seriously, he reminds me of Jamarcus Russel from LSU.
You have to be a special type of bad when you can’t force a turnover from hi. The 2019 giants defense
He is horrific
I've been watching. The Lions secondary looks like the Giants. In fact How did the Giants manage to lose to the Lions?

You should be watching the Lion/Dallas game.. One of the worst performances by a secondary I've ever seen.. No joke!

Careful, you ll upset Homer
Skins have some talent up front on D but can see them going Chase Young in the draft still.

Vic Fangio seems like a Shurmur clone, great coordinator but makes horrible decisions that show he isn’t a head coach
