Imho the entire coaching staff should be fired on Black Monday, not a min. later.

If DG has his sights on taking Young then the new staff needs to ditch this sorry ass 3-4 to optimize his talents. Probably the DB's as well, this swiss cheese zone isn't getting it done. A Young/Lawrence/ Tomlinson/Williams DL sounds good to me. Pretty good chance of that happening since I think Wash. is pretty much obligated to taking their LT of choice with Haskins.

As for the LB's I'm willing to have a look at @ Golden/Callahan/Carter group, change as needed.

No need to go on about the O that's obvious.
There it is, sad thing I gotta discuss this already. It's beginning to feel like the Dark Age of the 70's again

As well right. I keep reading that we need to change defenses for him, but he isn't scheme dependant. I actually wouldn't be surprised if that is his best position in pros.

Don�t waste your breath trying to get the morons here about the 3-4 or 4-3 since almost every team plays variations of both. Your wasting time and energy.

Connelly has played 1.5 games and has a torn ACL. Let�s not anoint him the savior at LB.
