What about Urban Meyer everyone says he's a great coach he left Ohio State under some kind of deal so he didn't get burnt paying players (everything else you read is BS)
You would have to give him almost total control (Pete Carroll esque)

There are other guys out there who are just as good candidates. With Meyer I do worry about whether or not he would be able to pick, coach, and manage the offense side of the ball well enough to succeed. they run a lot of spread offense and I seriously question its efficacy at the NFL level.
if we're gonna go strictly manager type of coach I would much prefer Rhule.
And NO to Urban Meyer!
He has three national titles between Florida and OSU
He has rebuilt programs from the bottom up
I am not certain how his coaching will work in the NFL
He is very tough and hard on his players
