Reese was really bad too...and its def the guy hiring the GM's because everything is a comfortable hire. There is no outside the box thinking with this organization. They need to purge the entire organization...obviously can't get rid of the owner. But need to start fresh, new scouting department, no front office, entire new coaching staff.
And I stuck with the team. Being older now, there is much more to do in life and enjoy than watching this pathetic organization. Yet here I am week after week like a dumb ass.
Anyone who believes this team only lacks good coaching or talent, keep in mind the goal is to compete with a team like Green Bay.
Really let that sink in -- how far is this team from competing with a playoff team. Is it a few players, just one more draft, just installing a new system?
