Do you know how hard it is to play man on a slippery surface? That would be massive advantage to the offense.
You almost have to crank up the zone coverage in this weather
Yes I do and I have done it. I actually think zone is harder because with the open spaces, you need to be able to break on the ball quickly once it is in the air. With the slippery surfaces, WRs actually can get open that much easier.
traded a top 3rd pick plus a 4th next year and the right to overpay for a player im told is on the team in leonard williams but i havent seen him make a play in 2 weeks.
Also really glad he traded for another interior lineman when this team has zero pass rush

But Bethea was in an impossible position with that play call. Not that hes not horrific but, not many safties aside from Earl Thomas have a chnace at making a play there.

That trade is a fireable offense
Agreed, there was no Scenario which that trade made sense

I would swap out the shoes and play man to man.
FOX did turn a slap shot into a lazer beam...lol

ask DG he stills thinks that drafting fat Dlineman in todays NFL is the way to build a roster..
Luckily that's a totally rare occurance for this team.... LOL it's like playing a 10 year old in madden
At this point there is no reason to have him out there. Let Love play.

It’s horrible
DG took the word of Bettcher who vouched for Bethea. Everyone of these Cardinal retreads are Bettcher Boys.
Right now Jones can throw for 400+ and 5 TDs and lose the game.

What conceivable value to the Giants is having Bethea out there?

Love is playing the other safety spot for Peppers. But I agree we may as well sign some guy from the stands to replace Bethea

Also take into account the limited cap space DG had to work with. Can't imagine not signing Berry if we had the space.

It is hard to not root for them while the game is on

To be fair, Lawrence looks like he has a lot of potential. One of the actual good moves he's made.
