You are taking my post way too literal. The Dolphins went into the year knowing it was a rebuilding year and are OVERachieving while the Giants went into the year thinking they could win the division.
It’s the coaching. Hard to say whether there is talent or not on this roster. The coaching is so poor, players are regressing, not progressing. It does t matter what DG does in the off season of Shurmur is still here.
Coaching staff can accomplish. And their OL is a bunch of absolute nobodies. Flores deserves a ton of credit

They traded away solid players in Tunsil and Fitzpatrick.
And they managed to look like an actual NFL team regardless. That's primarily because their roster isn't comprised of crap and their head coach doesn't have his head lodged up his ass.

They have played hard all year and it's absolutely a testament to Flores and his staff. Because that roster is very subpar...
